Restoration of a turn-of-the-century train station requires a contractor with an artist's touch. Verona Road Estates
Architect: Harry Levine
Situated on a steeply sloping site on Verona Road, these townhouses feature dramatic views of the valley below and an adjacent golf course on the slopes beyond. Hundreds of thousands of yards of earth and all new utility installations in a rock laden hill make this project particularly challenging. The first units are occupied, and several are pre-sold in this project being built by Reginella.
